Brunswick Community Hospital to Host Free Seminar on Sinusitis

Supply, N.C. - Headaches, cough, nasal congestion???these are just a few of the symptoms of sinusitis, more commonly known as a sinus infection. At a seminar on Thursday, January 21, Dr. Jeffrey Coury will outline the causes and treatments of sinusitis, and he will offer helpful tips for those who suffer from sinusitis most often.
The seminar, part of Brunswick Community Hospital???s Focus on Health series, will be held at 2:30 p.m. in the Brunswick Electric Membership Corporation Community Room at 795 Ocean Highway in Shallotte. Light refreshments will be provided.
In addition to information on the causes and treatments of sinusitis, Dr. Coury will also share information on how allergies and environmental pollutants can play a role.
Dr. Coury specializes in otolaryngology, or ENT (ear, nose, and throat), and he practices at Coastal Carolina ENT. He is a graduate of the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, which is located in Philadelphia, Pa. Dr. Coury has offices in Sunset Beach, Leland and Whiteville.
